No, assessments for our Graduate Scheme are held virtually. You’ll just need access to a device with a webcam and microphone. You’ll also have to complete a video interview.
The video interview is a recorded interview where you’ll login to an online system, be presented with several questions and record your answers. For each question, you’ll have some time to think before giving your answer. There’ll be a practice answer to get you used to the process.
You'll need a device with a camera and a microphone. You may find it useful to have a pen and paper to hand or a text editor programme open, to prepare some notes.
You should plan to complete the interview when you’re in a suitably quiet place and you won't be interrupted.
We don't expect a polished performance - it's more important that you answer the question you've been asked, so read each one carefully and make sure you cover all the relevant points.
If you’re invited to the video interview stage, you’ll receive full instructions with your invitation email.
The first part of our application takes around 10 minutes to complete.
If you satisfy our eligibility criteria, you can then complete the rest of our application which takes between 30-60 minutes.
You’ll need to answer some supporting questions, but don’t worry you can work on your responses, save your progress and can come back later until you’re happy with them.
You’ll also have to complete an online test.
